Bruce M. Bruce has had a life-long fascination with real estate as it gives him a sense of history.  He offers a client-centric approach, understanding each client’s unique situation.  He started at a large firm in Beverly Hills, but has been out on his own for the past 15 years.   One client’s quote, “ I would hire him again in a heartbeat.”  In one case with a noisy neighbor, after 4 years, the client brought in Bruce who not only settled the case and brought peace between the neighbors, but the legal fees were paid by an insurance company.  

Owners need to be vigilant to Protect Property Rights, re: boundary lines, or fences which can affect property values.  Another client sold a shopping center in Westlake.  After a two week trial, Bruce won the case (and attorney’s fees).
