GWEN FIELD, SEND OUT CARDS - CLIENT RETENTION SERVICES

Gwen Field spoke to us today about SendOutCards, changing lives . . . one card at a time and how to achieve greatness through gratitude.  What is appreciation marketing?  Building better relationships through better marketing.  Avoid perceived indifference and stay in touch with your clients.  Gratitude is vastly underused, but very much appreciated by the recipient.  Have Gwen hook you up with SOC so that you can market to your existing and previous customers as well as future customers.http://tinyurl.com/28lah9d

JON FRIEDMAN, MILLER GEMS - JEWELER

Jon has many loyal customers, some of whom buy from him on a very regular basis.  Jon’s models showed us a beautiful array of necklaces, rings, earrings, diamonds, sapphires and other assorted gems, valued from very reasonable on up.  The three factors are selection, value and service that differentiate Jon from the typical jeweler.   His prices are a fraction of normal retail prices.   Somebody even pointed out that jewelry can be purchased as gifts or for yourself.  You can also sell old gold to Jon.  It's not too late, call Jon for holiday gifts.http://tinyurl.com/22svdyq

BRIAN WHITNEY, UBS FINANCIAL SERVICES

Brian began his presentation by telling us about a number of significant accolades that he has received this year, both in the financial world and even from The Boy Scouts of America.  Congratulations on the good work, Brian.
He then showed us the US Debt Clock.ORG, a frightening calculation of the national debt.  It does not matter whether it is a Republican majority, or a Democrat majority, having a good bipartisan mix is much better for the economy.

GEORGE ASLANYAN, WINDOW CLEANING

George tells us that window cleaning is not quite rocket science, but with technology he can clean second-floor windows from the ground with his modern technology.  He uses purified water and special techniques to clean solar panels.  Once using just ladders, with his newer technology he can access the windows from a safe place..  It’s all about “pure water.”
Commercial buildings, residential units, multi-stories, remove & replace alarm screens, chandeliers,
When outside doesn't sparkle because you're looking through dingy glass, it's time to call George Aslanyan of Georges Window Cleaning.http://tinyurl.com/247toer

DAN VILLAMIL, WINDOW TINTING

Dan spoke to us this morning about Vista Energy-Saving Film a leader in high-tech window films.  Money continues to fly out your windows in part because glass is a poor insulator.  The average home loses about $760 per year in wasted heat/cool air through the windows.
Vista Film will enjoy the major benefits of existing windows, it is faster and less intrusive to install, easy to clean and for a fraction of the cost of replacement windows.  See crisper colors through the Vista tinted glass, not unlike a Hi-Def TV.  Cuts your energy costs as much as 40% in the summer! Blocks up to 84% of solar heat, reduces glare in the home.  Whether you have 70 year old windows (like my house) or newer double-paned windows, you need proper window tinting.http://tinyurl.com/22p4vdu

NEIL MCLEOD, DENTIST

Neil McLeod was raised in Kenya and moved to the USA in 1974.  He came as a Fulbright Scholar and attended USC Dental School.  In 1976 he acquired an established practice on Sunset Blvd.
Today, however, he spoke about writing reviews on the various network sites such as HotFrog, Yelp, Google, MerchantCircle, etc.  Check out Bingle.nu which puts out a Google site next to a Google site.  You an compare your ranking on the major search engines using Bingle.  Would you like more information on the network

ROBERT MEDICI, HANDYMAN

Robert Medici first showed us pictures of his beautiful, brand new daughter.  Then he showed us some of the holes that Dennis Smith made in the walls of customers’ homes.  Michael Tan also leaves holes in the walls at times requiring Medici’s expert services.  Medici can literally make the hole disappear, or if necessary, he will build a cabinet with a closet door to gain access.  Other repairs include rebuilding a homemade fence, baseboards and raised panels.  The cautionary aspect of the presentation, included repair work after an unqualified handyman did a poor repair on a threshold that should have been watertight, yet only lasted one year.  Robert’s repair should last 20 – 30 years.
Robert gets tips from just about everybody in this group because he’s good.  If it should be fixed properly, you can and should call Medici.http://tinyurl.com/2887vw5

CYNTHIA JERVEY, INTERIOR DESIGNER

CJ Design Group, usually does “Befores and Afters”, but today she stressed client psychology and color as it affects her clientele.  Green, for example, is thought of as calm and relaxing.  Fertility, fruitfulness, middle-age brides.  A Green Room is the waiting room before going on a TV/Film set.  Dark Green is a more masculine color.  Blue is more productive and actually allows people to work harder.  Calm, peaceful & contented.  Yellow is a color that people typically love or hate, cheer and exploration,   Happiness is a typical traits of yellow.  Red represents “paint the town red,” celebrate.  Red will also increase your blood pressure and respiration rate and makes people lose track of time which is good in a dining room or restaurant.    Pink is tranquilizing and more romantic than red.  Consult with Cynthia to improve your overall office or home environment.http://tinyurl.com/2fvj8b7

Michael Greenfield, Entertainer, sang and played his guitar for us along with Harry Scorzo, a violinist friend.  Good tips include: Corporate events, anybody throwing an annual party, a country club, a restaurant, or special events including weddings, bar mitzvahs, anniversary parties, etc.  He told us about “strolling strings” a group of wandering musicians that only has a select few remaining in town, including Mr. Scorzo. http://tinyurl.com/2d9f473

KENDRIC ROLLINS, CRIMINAL ATTORNEY

Various members stood up and told true stories about some of Rollins’ past clients who had done stupid things such as vandalism, driving under the influence, a bit of attempted murder, burglary, etc.  Kendric could not always get charges dismissed, but he does offer the accused a fair defense.  He was able to send some of the perps to rehab, or otherwise scare many of them enough to clean up their act.  Keep him on speed-dial whether or not you have worthless relatives who may need his help.
Carson & Kennedy were very cute in the Kauai pictures,  but anybody who is brave enough to travel to Hawaii with two very young kids is certainly brave enough to defend you.http://tinyurl.com/2f3pklv

KEN ROSS, LEAD PROS, PAY PER CLICK

Ken began his presentation with a video of his Boston (?) tour on a Segway – loud, but fun.  Watch out for cliffs!
What is 50 times bigger than the Google Search Network?  Ken told us about creative advertising vs.  direct oral advertising (eg., The Yellow Pages).  Over 80% of the advertising agencies are using display ads, even before search engines.
Google Adsense ads also come in display format.  You can click on a bug and get a direct ad, or just see it for an indirect advertisement.  The (pay-per) click just sends the visitor to the competition for a fraction of SearchBug’s advertising cost.  You only pay if they click on the bug.  The difference between Pay Per Click and Optimization Pay Per Click is the only way to ensure that your website will appear on the 1st page of Google.  Don’t get it?  Call Ken.http://tinyurl.com/23ugk5p

EXECUTIVE LETIP IS THE STRONGEST LETIP GROUP WORLD WIDE

Eric Hatfield, Chapter President, Eve Mazzara, Past President Cathy Cahill, Vice President and Justin Sloggatt, TipMaster presented a talk on LeTip common comments and concerns:
The LeTip Model: there is a flip chart of how to conduct a meeting which is a LeTip requirement to be followed at every meeting.
The By-laws are the glue that holds this club together. The By-laws protect the membership when there are conflicts.
Several definitions of the various committees that may confuse you:
The conflicts committee (conflicts that might arise between potential incoming members and existing members), Sam Rosenberg, Sigmund Thomas, Jane Silverstein, Lisa Paschall).
The Better Business Bureau, also Sam, Sigmund, Jane and Lisa (business to business, not as intense as an ethics violation),
Ethics: Tony Santarelli (an issue that’s bigger than the Better Business Bureau)
Membership: Applicants can be voted out if they are not doing a good match for the group and Members can be terminated for failure to abide by the ByLaws.
Sam and Tony are the first level of addressing issues where members are talking about each other.
Negative Energy: a very small minority can have a negative effect on the entire group. If there is criticism, make sure it is constructive. If there are other issues, use the committees that are in place to deal with the conflicts you are having.

KAREN SANDLER, BOARD CERTIFIED FAMILY DOCTOR

Board Certified Family Doctor, in LeTip since 1998.  Today she spoke about diabetes, a very, very common problem.  The definition is a fasting glucose level greater than or equal to 126.  Symptoms of diabetes plus random glucose greater than 200.  Test everyone greater than 45, or younger than 45 with BMI greater than or equal to 25.
If you are diabetic, you need many, frequent blood tests to check your blood pressure, kidneys, annual eye exam, check the bottoms of feet every night for cuts, cholesterol, thyroid, etc.  Poor diet is a contributing factor, in addition to genetic, inactivity and obesity.  Symptoms include blurred vision, weight loss, excessive thirst, fatigue, weakness, frequent superficial infections and poor wound healing.
Treatment includes a healthy diet (use a certified nutritionist), exercise, evaluate other causes and correct.  Type 1 DM is treated with insulin.  Type 2 DM is treated with oral medications, insulin plus orals, or other subcutaneous injections..  Some of the newer drugs do not cause weight gain as did the earlier medications.  See your doctor if you have been using Avandia.  Get tested, exercise and avoid sugary foods and fast foods.
Karen is a generalist who educates, diagnoses and treats many health problems.  She is also an HIV specialist.  A good tip is anybody not feeling well, or feeling well and wants to continue feeling well or anybody needing a 2nd opinion.  Also anybody needing a vaccine.http://tinyurl.com/276md2d

Display and exhibition booth displays, posters, business cards, letter-head.   Proof-reading should be done by somebody else.  A typical example is a word that is duplicated.
Running 10,000 copies today is simple for a quality printer, which obviates the need for off-set printing.  Four-color digital printers are fantastic and gang runs are possible, keeping costs down (perhaps 1/10th of what they used to cost).http://tinyurl.com/28bzvgb

DENNIS SMITH, LITTLE RED TRUCK PLUMBING

His dad was a preacher and an adept speaker, preacher and handyman.   Dennis tells us that he learned from his dad.  Dad said that the new copper plumbing was the “bees knees” (Dennis apparently think so, too).
Dennis’ work includes, but is not limited to: a toilet spewing forth.  For a stopped-up sink, call Cleveland Morris.  If it is a water heater; water system not functioning;  re-pipe; tankless water heaters (of which Dennis is not a big fan); dripping that won’t stop (and it is not a medical issue for Dr. Sandler), then you can call Dennis.

RICHARD RAMER, RAMER ARCHITECTURE

You have to be in focus, “all the time.”  In the mid ‘90’s Richard started concentrating on medical outpatient surgery centers.  He showed us a beautiful PP presentation of offices, apartments and single-family homes.  His work on the surgery centers is not limited to L.A., having built high-end clinics nation-wide.  More recent medical service clinics are more interesting architecturally, including the new UCLA Hospital.
Today, Richard does ¾’s of his work in medical, but he does other work as well.  One example is a concrete, fire-proof house and another, an estate in Simi Valley.   Richard showed us drawings from a restaurant that he designed  two years ago.  That client subsequently hired Richard to build a second restaurant in Orange County.
“There are no great projects without great clients” (Frank Lloyd Wright).  Perhaps Richard’s next great client will come from “you.”
If you know any physician, or somebody in the medical field; people who do facility planning in hospitals; or any other type of construction that requires an architect, contact Richard.http://tinyurl.com/27ec6bd

STEVE POLLACK, SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION (“SEO”)

The method by which a website becomes recognized, found and located in a search..  Most websites will not receive first place ranking unless they are optimized.  Expect 5 to 10 times increase in website traffic with a good SEO optimization.
Google has “spiders” that follow links and read pages, allowing Google to rank the site.  He recommends 2-3 keywords per page.  These keywords much be site-specific and not too general.  Include the keywords in the meta, title and webpage. Add regular website links, blog links and forum links – built slowly and consistently (not many one week and nothing the following week).
Triangulations – linking between 2 sites does not work, whereas among 3 sites it looks natural to Google. Outgoing links are good, but don’t generate as much credit as incoming links.  Too many keywords on a page fools Google, it is called BlackHat.  Google may eventually ban the search for this company.  Call Steve if you want your website to be found at the top of a search.http://tinyurl.com/23mggu8

Diane Berlin, Worker’s Compensation Law (for both employer and employee).  Diane showed us a video of a “typical” case involving a stress claim.  The defense in this example was a pre-existing condition.  Defense Apportionment was another theory offered.  The client had “unrealistic expectations.”  She suffers from a Sleep Disorder.  The client is totally neurotic, but Diane is patient, experienced and understanding.  If you file a work comp case after you get fired, it is pretty-much too late.
Diane has 25 years experience in Worker’s Comp.  She studied 5 languages and is fluent in Spanish.  When an employee sues an employer for anything work-related, even if enroute to work, the doctors get paid, the injured party gets paid and the attorney gets paid directly from the settlement.
Since April 2004, the value of the cases went down 30% to 50%.  For the employee, it is a contingency fee arrangement.  For the employer, it is an hourly fee.
Carpal tunnel, headaches, stress, physical injury are all valid claims.  An independent contractor is not able to file a case, however.  Contact Diane for any work-related injury (employer or employee).http://tinyurl.com/2bjww7n

JULIE HOPKINS - CAMERA CREATIONS - EVENT PHOTOGRAPHER

Just a  few testimonials from Julie's Wedding Session clients...
  • "Julie Hopkins of Camera Creations captured our wedding day just beautifully with her artful photography. Her professionalism and friendliness allowed us to go about our wonderful day without worry. Her attentiveness and creativity produced gorgeous images that will always bring up fond memories as we look back in years to come through our photographs of our wedding day.”~Melissa and German
  • "Julie Hopkins is extremely kind, talented and hard working. She will do her best to make your event special. My fiance and I are very happy to have chosen her as our photographer!" ~Sahar and Ryan
  • "We loved having Julie as a photographer. Both my husband and I have been to weddings where we found the photographers too intrusive and over directing. We were both adamant that we wanted our event to feel intimate, and our guests to feel relaxed and unguarded.  Julie understood our vision, and never once posed our guests or demanded staged shots. And yet, we have amazingly beautiful shots of all our friends and family and all of the major parts of the wedding. I was also pleased that Julie thought to document so many of the details, like the floral arrangements and the table settings. These are things that I didn’t think to ask for but am so happy that I have such stunning photos to remember them by.” ~Hayley and Niallhttp://tinyurl.com/24dzswt

CLEVELAND MORRIS, MRS. ROOTERS ECONOMICAL DRAIN CLEANING

Cleveland Morris, Mrs. Rooters Economical Drain Cleaning.  “The Man Behind the Woman.”  Morris performed for us (don’t quit your day job), but then decided to tell us what he does.   He deals with a big mess.
Often Morris will open a drain that a non-professional tried to clean.  He can explore the property and see that there are certain types of roots or other impediments.  When necessary, he will use a camera inspection to determine what is causing the blockage, such as a cracked pipe.  One method to clean the rain is to use a water jet.  If it needs to be dug out and repaired, he will bring in Dennis Smith of Little Red Truck Plumbing.
How to tip Cleveland?  Anybody with apartments, businesses, commercial, residential or even single-family homes.  He will also do a sewer line inspection before you buy or sell a property. http://tinyurl.com/2a5jr2l

DAVID DUBIN, M.D., LENS NEUROFEEDBACK

David Dubin, M.D., LENS Neurofeedback.  There are only a few people in the country that do LENS Neurofeedback so Dr. Dubin has to carefully explain what he does.  Two sensors are put on your ear and one on the scalp.  The sensors take information from what the brain waves are doing.  The brain is a bio-electric organ and the stimulation can “shift” the brain impulses, thereby lifting depression, aiding sleeping disorders, minimalizing the effects of ADD.  LENS frees up the brain.
Using Lens is like pushing the brains re-start button.  “Think SAD”  - Thinking (A-D-D, brain injury, stroke); Sleep; Anxiety, autism and Depression.  In only one to three sessions, Dr. Dubin can improve sleep issues.  He gave an example of a UCLA Grad student who hadn’t slept well in six months.  After only one session, she is able to sleep.
Improvements are maintained as proved by 7–10 year follow-up studies.  Medications do not necessarily get to the root of the issue, but LENS can return the brain to optimal functioning.
Through the end of October, Dr. Dubin is offering 3 sessions for $150. – money-back guarantee.  Contact Dr. Dubin if you have any questions. http://tinyurl.com/25djdgm

Lissette Pleitez – Here2Cean, cleaning crew.  If you can think about a new housekeeper, call Lissette and her team.  They are professional, courteous, reliable and prompt cleaning service.  The ultimate goal is 100% satisfying the customer.  Services are available on a daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or just a one-time service.  Here2Clean uses their own supplies and if the customer demands, they will use the customer’s supplies or green supplies.
One of the pictures on the presentation was a horrendous living room that they organized and cleaned like new.  Lissette told us that she is a “clean freak.”  She does not like clutter or filth and even returns home every evening and makes sure her own home is spotless.
Do you know a busy mom that needs help:  How about the business professional who doesn’t have enough hours in the day?  A vacant house or a vacant apartment is another good tip.  Unlike much of her competition, they are reliable, experienced, licensed and bonded.  True professionals.

Bijan Kharrazi (1st National Processing), credit card merchant processing, is a nine-year member of LeTip and has been in business since 1999.  Bijan reminds us that  impressions are easily made.  How do you feel when a vendor does not take credit cards?  Would you hesitate going to that establishment the next time?  Convenience always brings buyer’s back allowing them spontaneous purchases and Bijan’s personal service is the best.
A short list of business categories includes: Private investigator, home health care, pest control office, auto collision center and restaurants are just some of the types of merchants that use Bijan’s services.
An application is filled out, a merchant number is issued and with approval you have credit cards.  The competitive pricing, no long-term contracts and personal services are some of the reasons to use Bijan rather than the competition.  Soon you will be able swipe a card on cell phone, or actually by texting.  Many government entities are even accepting cards.  The gift card industry is up to $26 Billion in 2009.  Advice: Do not use someone else’s processing account; keep your receipts for 6 months; minimize charge-backs by putting your business phone number on the account.

Bruce M. Lorman, Attorney at Law, Real Estate

Bruce M. Lorman, Attorney at Law, Real Estate.  A proud member of LeTip for three months.  There are about 1.2 million lawyers in the U.S., 170,000 active lawyers in California and 50,000 active lawyers in LA County.  You want a lawyer who can command respect in a courtroom.  You want someone who has a professional approach.
Bruce has had a life-long fascination with real estate as it gives him a sense of history.  He offers a client-centric approach, understanding each client’s unique situation.  He started at a large firm in Beverly Hills, but has been out on his own for the past 15 years.   One client’s quote, “ I would hire him again in a heartbeat.”  In one case with a noisy neighbor, after 4 years, the client brought in Bruce who not only settled the case and brought peace between the neighbors, but the legal fees were paid by an insurance company.
Owners need to be vigilant to Protect Property Rights, re: boundary lines, or fences which can affect property values.  Another client sold a shopping center in Westlake.  After a two week trial, Bruce won the case (and attorney’s fees).
Noise, trees, encroachment: invading branches and roots, unsound limbs and trees, rural neighbors and the right to farm, water, or when your neighbor is a business are just some of the real estate issues that Bruce handles.

Dr. Dubin works out of offices in both Santa Monica and Beverly Hills.   He does NOT do bio-feedback, which is the voluntary control of internal states.  Brainwaves are the electrical activity in the brain (as EKG is the electrical activity in the heart).  LENS can show evidence of various issues, such as ADD.  Dr. Dubin can raise the frequency of the brain waves which works well with ADD.  With LENS, Dr. Dubin puts sensors on the scalp, hooked up to a computer and slightly changes the brain waves, curing ADD.  The strength of the signal is 1/1000 of the electrical energy produced by a cell phone.
“Discoveries before scientific explanation are magic.”

George Dubiecki, Home Carpet & Window Treatments

George Dubiecki, Home Carpet & Window Treatments, spoke to us about how to tip.  Think LeTip. Live LeTip.  This motto will help everybody, including yourself.  You have to become educated about what every member in the group does.  Come to the meeting early and then meet the various members.  Attend as many lunch bunches as you can in order to have one-on-one introductions.  Set up your own lunch or dinner with potential Power Partners.  Education is the most important thing in George’s opinion.  You have to educate everybody that you meet about your fellow members.  YOU are a resource.  Be proud about being a member of Executive LeTip.   Make sure that your friends, associates and customers know that you are a resource for most any service.  George does not like supporting members who are not supporting others.

Bryan Angstman, Naturally Green, Carpet, Rug & Upholstery Cleaning

Bryan Angstman, MBA, Naturally Green, Carpet, Rug & Upholstery Cleaning.  Bryan showed us a video that Matt Moses helped him prepare.  No harsh chemicals are used.  When Bryan first came to L.A., he wanted to start a green business.  Carpet cleaning typically uses harsh chemicals and he wanted to do something environmentally safe.  Many of the existing green solutions did not work, but the citrus-based products, with the odor removed worked well.  Bryan developed his solution with a chemist.  It is a low-moisture solution that is hand-pumped, rather than wasting electricity.  Low water-usage and low electrical usage are two of his goals as a green cleaner.  His prices are very, very competitive.  Even on rental units, Bryan can often save carpeting that looks like it needed to be replaced.   Refer Bryan to property management companies, carpet sales businesses, small businesses and consumers.

Robert Davies, Furniture Restoration

Robert Davies, Furniture Restoration, is the magician of restoration.  Robert showed us many, many varied examples of the repairs that he has done.  Beautiful and extremely professional repairs.  Whatever is necessary, including dowels, paint touch-up, epoxy (stronger than the original wood), or whatever needs to be done.  Some of the work includes: a boat interior; a chair mechanism;  a painting; particle board furniture repair (often, freight damage); mural on a doorway in an old Las Feliz mansion, Chinese screen (gilding); 300 year old Burmese statues; dining room chairs that were coming apart; picture frame; a roll-top desk; broken leg on a settee.  If it is broken or damaged, Robert can restore and repair it.

Eric Agaki, Hover View Investigations, Private Investigator

Eric Agaki, Hover View Investigations, Private Investigator.  “We all know what Eric does.”  He likes to do difficult process serving.  Rick Baum told us that Eric not only serves process for him frequently, but Eric reports back to Rick with the wild stories.  One of the stories that Eric told was about a character who could not be served by the Sheriff or other process servers.  Take it like a man.  Eric successfully served him much to his client’s delight.

Eric usually does not do easy serves, but he will do them for this group.  Also, if somebody’s spouse is cheating, Hover View Investigations will follow them and record any inappropriate behavior.

Other services include: Asset searches and new employee screenings (“pre-employment”).  Check who these people are before you hire them.

Eve Mazzara, GetArt Graphics, Graphic Design

Eve Mazzara, GetArt Graphics, Graphic Design.  Eve spoke to us about communication and a little history on Graphic Arts.  To design is to communicate clearly, by whatever means is necessary.  “ I love NY,” by Milton Glaser was a very successful advertising campaign.   Design is a way of organizing.  It is not a thing, but rather a process and a way of thinking.
Eve gave us a bit of a history lesson from the caves of Lascaux, France to the 1870’s-90’s in the Moulin Rouge, to CocaCola’s 1893 trademark.
Some other very successful and famous campaigns were The first SciFi movie poster, from Metrololis in 1926 and 1940’s, “We can do it” a war poster. By J. Howard Miller  which was a classic rendition of Rosie the Riveter.
In the 1950’s the CBS and the IBM logos became famous and both have longevity.  In 1971 it was  “Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there.”  The 1990’s brought us the convergence of technology and the visual arts redefinition of Graphic Arts.
You need to communicate with your clients and prospective clients.  How are they going to remember you and think of your company?  Your marketing materials must represent your personality and convey a consistent and professional look.
To brand your business, or for anything that goes to print – Call GetArt Graphics.

Bil Manderscheid, State Farm Insurance

Bill Manderscheid, State Farm Insurance, (Like a good neighbor, Manderscheid is there) told us that he has been in the group for almost 11 years and has done business with many of us.  Though Bill does not sing professionally, he does offer personal lines of insurance from horses to houses, umbrella policies, earthquake, home, auto, boat & horse insurance.  He insures “hobbies” such as the customer who has 1 million dollar train set collection.  Although Bill spoke extemporaneously, he claimed that he was prepared.
When you lease a car, you are putting down minimal money and hence you do not have much equity in the car.  When you drive that car off of the lot, it depreciates.  Do you have Gap Coverage?  The insurance company will only pay the actual cash value of the vehicle, not the amount owed.  For a small amount, you can buy insurance to cover this difference.

Sigmund Thomas, Beetles Termite, Pest Control Co.

Sigmund Thomas, Beetles Termite, Pest Control Co. (and they know rodents, too).  Beetle’s does exclusion, because if you don’t, they will try to get in.  On the roof of the warehouse example, they installed a threshold to keep the rodents at bay.  There are three different types of rodents, Roof Rats, Norway Rats (rarer in L.A., bigger than roof rats and House Mouse which can squeeze into anything as small as your finger.  Even the smallest opening must be sealed.   Gophers are a problem if you have a lot of grass area and must be treated as well.
Have your house inspected yearly and Sigmund  will help you determine if you need localized treatment or whole-house tenting.  If you are a little neurotic, he will come out and inspect to see if there is either a single rodent, bees, or a termite infestation.

Cathe Caraway-Howard, Employment Law Attorney

Cathe Caraway-Howard, Employment Attorney, thanked Sigmund for the segue from rats to sharks. Cathe presented a case with her sexy assistant, Martin Horwitz. Cathe took the plaintiff’s side, a victim of sexual harassment who was unable to work for two years. The victim actually had to see a psychologist because of her issues. Martin represented Mr. Acme and denied the accusations, whole-heartedly. The defendant only had to disprove it by a preponderance of the evidence. Did the alleged conduct occur in a severe and pervasive manner? The Le Tip jurors found overwhelmingly in favor of the defendant.
When a company or an employee has an employment problem, contact Cathe. “Fighting for the little guy.”
